Sourced from Google MapsVery disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I had to wait over 45 min past my appointment time with no heads up or apology from the staff or GP. This was already my third visit for the same condition, yet each time I was just given different random medication that has not helped at all. It honestly feels like there is no proper effort to diagnose or treat the issue properly, just repeated visits and consultation fees without real results. Patients deserve better communication, respect for their time, and proper medical care.

Easy to find the clinic. The staff is quite nice to help us to register. Dr. Sui Lin is kind and patient to let me be confident on my health condition. Like. Amazing experience

I got recommended to Dr Sherrie by a friend and her expertise in dermatology has helped me clear a lot of my stubborn pigmentations that I have not been able to get rid of for years. It has been 6 months since I first see her and I can really see the improvement with time. Her ongoing maintenance recommendations are realistic and achievable. I am always feel warm and welcome when I visit, Poppy at the front desk always has a smile on her face and no questions are a bother for her.

Myself and my family have been patients at HEMAC for 12 years now and have always received the very best of care from a wonderful team of doctors and nurses, especially my main GP Dr Li Wan. The front desk staff are also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend HEMAC for all your medical needs.
