Terms of use

These terms apply when you use unhype.com.au, the Unhype machine finder, or the Unhype plugin for ChatGPT and other MCP-compatible clients. By using the service, you agree to them.

1. About these terms

Unhype is operated by Unhype Pty Ltd in Australia. “Unhype”, “we” and “us” refer to that company. Contact us at hello@unhype.com.au if you have a question about these terms.

2. Information, not medical advice

Unhype provides general comparison and educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or a recommendation that a treatment, practitioner or clinic is suitable for you. Always obtain advice from an appropriately qualified practitioner who can assess your individual circumstances.

3. What verified means

A verified machine claim means that, on the checked date, a clinic-owned source named an exact machine model for a particular location. It does not verify treatment suitability, operator skill, clinical outcomes, maintenance, authenticity, current availability, or every service offered by the clinic. A missing result means Unhype has not verified the claim; it does not prove that the machine is absent.

4. Prices and practitioners

Unhype repeats what the cited clinic-owned pages state. Introductory prices, package sizes, treatment areas and performer roles are labelled where known and must not be treated as directly comparable unless their units and scope match. Confirm current price, availability, suitability and who will perform the treatment directly with the clinic before booking.

5. Clinic information and third-party services

We take reasonable care when compiling public information, but clinics, prices, staff, availability and opening hours can change. Verify important details directly with the clinic before booking or paying. Ratings, reviews, maps, clinic websites and booking services may be supplied by third parties under their own terms.

Inclusion, ordering or an AHPRA check is not an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee of service quality, safety or results.

6. Enquiries

If you send an enquiry through Unhype, you authorise us to send the information you submit to the clinics you select. A clinic is responsible for its response, advice, availability and any service you arrange with it. Unhype is not a party to that healthcare or service relationship.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading material, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or use its content to impersonate Unhype, or present an Unhype evidence status as a medical endorsement. You may link to public pages and use the site for personal research. Automated read-only access through the published MCP tools is permitted subject to reasonable use limits.

8. Intellectual property

Unhype owns or licenses the site design, original writing, software and branding. Clinic names, logos, photographs, Google content and linked material remain the property of their respective owners. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the site under these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Unhype is not liable for decisions made solely from directory information, third-party acts or services, or indirect loss arising from use of the site.

10. Privacy, changes and governing law

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may correct evidence, change or withdraw features, limit abusive traffic, and update these terms; the date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria and applicable Commonwealth courts.
