The clinic says national advertising rules for healthcare providers stop it publishing prices for individual treatments, so costs are set out during the consultation instead.
Is there a consultation fee for new patients?
Yes — new patient consultations are $100, and that amount can be put towards any treatment you go on to book. Every new client starts with a consultation.
Who performs the treatments?
All treatments are carried out by founder Monique Savill, a Registered Nurse. The clinic states its registered nurses work alongside qualified medical practitioners or a nurse practitioner who provide prescribing and clinical oversight.
How do bookings and cancellations work?
Card details are taken when you book but no deposit is charged at that point. Cancelling with under 48 hours' notice attracts a $100 fee, and a same-day cancellation or no-show is charged at $250.
