Worst experience. Would not recommend anyone goes here. You have to book 3 weeks in advance for an appointment and then they cancel with no explanation one day before. This happened three times in a row and then after 9 weeks it said my voucher was expiring? I called reception, explained my situation kindly, that I had booked earliest available appointments three times and all three times my appointment got cancelled. All I received in return was complete apathy and a refusal of any refund. Will be taking this further.
