Nicolette is amazing, explains everything thoroughly and makes me feel comfortable. I'm also pleasantly surprised my partner and I both had such great results with laser hair removal even after only the first session.

Eugenia has been looking after me with laser hair removal and it's been such a great experience. She put me at ease right away, is so thorough and informative, and the results are excellent. On top of that, it's always a pleasure to be looked after by Eugenia, she's a delight.

I have been attending this clinic over the last two years for ance treatment, and I have to soon leave Australia, unfortunately. However, I couldn't leave without mentioning how amazing and professional Eugenia has been with myself during all my treatments at the South Yarra clinic. She is a stunningly amazing person to get to know, puts you at ease instantly, and I hope Australian Laser & Skin Clinic make Eugenia the Head boss someday, as she deserves every success, thanks again, Luke.

A truly great experience. The staff and in particular Nicky's communication and customer service has been second to none. As others have said, yes you pay more here, but you get the one on one treatment with a generosity of time, in being listened to and looked after in treatment, rarely seen these days. Highly recommended!
